Yummy Pie Container

I saw this craft and I was just like this has to be the most creative piece I have seen in a long time. It’s the yummy pie container, what will you be keeping in this? Well, I am sure those sweet tooth family members will be opening this up and looking for some yummy cookies.  You can place anything in these yummy pie containers. From your cookies to your needles and other little essentials.

Materials needed:

  • 4-medium weight yarn. Deep Gold for the crust
  • 5mm crochet hook
  • Container- you can adapt this pattern to any size container 
  • Colors you will need: pie filling, golden brown (optional white for whipped cream)
  • A hot glue gun and glue sticks
  • Fiber fill or scrap yarn for stuffing
