Back to School Bows

The first time I saw these bows I thought they were just normal bows but they are not. They are the “back to school bows” because they come in the form of a pencil being tied into a bow. How cute is that? So cute! These bows will be great to use in embellishing clothes, as a brooch, in decorating our home, in making gift toppers and much more. So friends, get your scrap yarns and put them to good use by making these “back to school bows”.

Materials needed:

  • Approximately 20 yards of DK/light weight yarn
  • G/4 mm or size needed to obtain gauge
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry Needle
  • Measuring Tape
  • Duckbill clip or nylon headband to attach bow to for wearing
