Hello, I’m attempting the traffic cone pattern. All went well with the base and I have continued onto the top and I have done steps 1 and 2 but step 3 is confusing me. I don’t understand what it means to stop (9) total (15). If you’re able could you give me Alittle more detail on what you mean by that I would greatly appreciated!!!!!
