Take green yarn, fold it in half, and attach it to the cherry.

Ch 22 (for the stem between two cherries).

Attach to the second cherry with a slip stitch.

Leaf:

Attach green yarn off-center on the stem to avoid cherries hanging at the same level.

Ch 13.

Leaf Pattern:

SC in the 3rd ch from the hook.

Half double crochet (HDC) in the next st.

Double crochet (DC) in the next st.

Extended double crochet (EDC) in the next st.

Treble crochet (TR) in the next st.

Treble in each of the next 2 sts (Total: 3 TR).

EDC in the next st.

DC in the next st.

HDC in the next 2 stitches.

Repeat:

Mirror the stitches on the opposite side of the chain:

SC, HDC, DC, EDC (in corresponding locations).

3 TR.

EDC, DC, HDC, SC.

Slip Stitch:

Slip stitch at the end of the leaf.

Make slip stitches down the center chain to reinforce the leaf pattern.

Second Leaf:

Repeat the leaf pattern.

Attach the new leaf at the same starting point where the first leaf was attached.

Finishing:

Weave in all ends properly and make sure all joins and ends are secure.

Adjust the positioning of cherries and leaves to your liking.

Final Notes:

Adjust the size of your cherries by using different weights of yarn and hook sizes.

Ensure your tension is tight enough to maintain structure but not overly tight to prohibit flexibility.

Congratulations! You've successfully crocheted adorable cherries with a stem and leaves.
