Materials Used:

DK weight cord type polyester yarn, size 3 — light. Cord thickness — 2 mm. I used YarnArt Macrame — (90 grams / 130 meters) — 100% Polyester. 3 skeins (approx 305 metres) needed for this pattern.

3,5 mm (E4) crochet hook.

Scissors.

Yarn needle.

Instructions:

Base of the bag

Foundation chain: ch49 (multiple of 7)

Round 1: 2dc into 4th ch from hook, 1dc into next 44 ch sts, 6dc into last ch st., 1dc into next 44 ch sts on the other side of foundation chain, 3dc into last ch st.

Join with a sl st. into 3rd ch of beginning ch3.

(100 dc sts including ch3 at the beginning of round)

Round 2: ch3 (counts as 1dc), 1dc into same st., 2dc into next 2 sts, 1dc into next 44 sts, 2dc into next 6 sts, 1dc into next 44 sts, 2dc into remaining 3 sts.

Join with a sl st. into 3rd ch of beginning ch3.
