  • Yarn Needle; Worsted Weight Yarn; White (MC) — 7 yd (6 m); Green (CC) — 9 yd (8 m); Red 
  • 4 mm Pompoms (14); 
  • Craft or Hot Glue.
  • Crochet Hook:Size I-9 (5.50 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge: Rnd 1 = 3" across.

CC — contrasting color

dc — double crochet

lp — loop

MC — main color

sl st — slip stitch

Special Stitches

Picot:Ch 4, sl st in 4th ch from hook.


Coaster

Rnd 1 (Right Side): With MC, ch 4, sl st in first ch to form ring; ch 3(counts as first dc now and throughout), 13 dc in ring; join with sl st to first dc. (14 dc)

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, 2 dc in each dc around; join with sl st in first dc. (28 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.
