R5: Ch 2, 2 dc on the same st, sk 2 sts, *3 dc, sk 2 sts* repeat 9x. Sl st on Ch 2 (30)
Repeat R5 until you reach the preferred height/length.

To close..
Last round: sc all sts
Repeat last round 3x, weave ends to hide, then cut. Weave the other ends of other colors to hide.
