Crochet Cherry Bunch

Materials Used
Any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Maxi Sweet Treat 2 ply crochet cotton colors (115) Hot Red and (606) Grass Green.
A crochet hook, I used a 1mm hook.
A darning needle to weave in ends.
Scissors.
Some filling to stuff the cherries.
Earring hooks if making the cherries into earrings.
Size
Large cherries (Using 8 ply yarn & a 3mm hook)
8cm wide x 8cm high or 3” wide x 3” high
Medium cherries (Using 4 ply crochet cotton & a 1.5mm hook)
5cm wide x 5cm high or 2” wide x 2” high
Small cherries (Using 2 ply crochet cotton & a 1mm hook)
4cm wide x 4cm high or 1.5” wide x 1.5” high
Cherry (Make 2)
Using (115) Hot Red make a magic loop.
Row 1: Work 6 sc in circle, pull circle tight. (6 sts)
Row 2: Work 2 sc in each st. (12 sts)
Row 3: (Work 2 sc in next st, 1 sc in following st) 6 times. (18 sts)
Row 4: Work 1 sc in each st. (18 sts)
Row 5: Work 1 sc in each st. (18 sts)
Row 6: (Work a joined sc over next 2 sts, 1 sc in following st) 6 times. (12 sts)
Add filling.
Row 7: (Work a joined sc over next 2 sts) 6 times. Fasten off.
1st Stem
Using (606) Grass Green and leaving a long tail at the beginning to stitch it to the cherry work 10 ch. Fasten off.
2nd stem
Using (606) Grass Green and leaving a long tail at the beginning to stitch it to the cherry work 8 ch, work 1 sl st in each of last 3 ch of 1st stem. Fasten off.
Leaves (Make 2)
Using (606) Grass Green work 9 ch.
Work 1 sl st in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in next st, 1 hdc in following st, 1 dc in each of next 3 sts, 1 hdc in following st, 1 sl st in last st, 2 ch, 1 sl st in same st as last sl st, working into the back loop of the ch work 1 hdc in next st, 1 dc in each of following 3 sts, 1 hdc in next st, 1 sc in following st, sl st in last st. Fasten off, I left a long tail at the end of one of the leaves to stitch the leaves together and attach the leaf to the stem.
To Make Up
Weave in ends. Attach the stems to the top of the cherries.
With the wrong sides together sew the 2 leaves together then stitch the leaf near the top of the stem.
And there’s the finished cherry bunch.
Attach the top of the stem to the circle part of the earring hook if making earrings.
