Continue to sc evenly around the entire piece and through both sides where they overlap.
Sl st in first st and fasten off.
Weave in ends.
Edging:
Ch 3 (counts as tr), tr in each st around, working 2 tr sts in the point of the “V” to shape the turn.
Join with a sl st to the top of beginning ch-3.
Fringe:
Cut approx. 8″ long pieces of yarn.
Take 2 strands together and fold in half.
Pull the middle of the strands through each of the skipped spaces, yarn over and pull through strands.
Trim to approx. 1.5″ or desired length.
Repeat in every space around the neck warmer (expect for where it overlaps and is not exposed).
