MATERIALS:
Amour Crochet Hook H (5.0mm)
5 oz light worsted weight variegated yarn for the sleeves and border
I used Tulla Tweed by Louisa Harding
7 oz light worsted weight for panels
I used Cirrus by Juniper Moon

NOTE:
You can make this cardigan longer by adding more rows to the panels

PATTERN:
SLEEVES (make 2):
after making initial base ch, wrap it around the largest part of your arms to check size
with variegated color
Ch 55 (59, 63, 67, 71)
Row 1: Dc in the 4th ch from the hook (chains count as first st) and in each ch across. Turn.
Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc throughout), dc in the next st and in each st across. Put your last dc in the top of the beginning ch. Turn.
Row 3-4: Ch 3, dc in the next st and in each st across. Turn.
Row 5: Ch 3, dc2tog over the next 2 stitches, dc across until 3 stitches (including the turning ch) remain, dc2tog over the next two stitches, dc in the top of the turning ch.
Row 6-8: Repeat row 2.
Row 9: Ch 3, dc2tog over the next 2 stitches, dc across until 3 stitches (including the turning ch) remain, dc2tog over the next two stitches, dc in the top of the turning ch.
Row 10-12: Repeat row 2.
Row 13: Ch 3, dc2tog over the next 2 stitches, dc across until 3 stitches (including the turning ch) remain, dc2tog over the next two stitches, dc in the top of the turning ch.
Row 14-36: Repeat row 2.
change yarn color to baby blue
Row 37-47: Ch 2, 1 hdc in the next st and in each st across. Turn. Finish off. Weave in ends. Fold sleeves in half and whip stitch the sides together.
FRONT PANELS:
use baby blue yarn
Ch 30 (34, 38, 42, 46)
Row 1: 1 dc in the 3rd ch from the hook and in each ch across. Ch 2, turn.
Row 2: 1 hdc in the next st and in each st across (last st goes in top of turning ch). Ch 3, turn.
Row 3: 1 dc in the 3rd ch from the hook and in each ch across. Ch 2, turn.
Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until you have a total of 41 rows
BACK PANEL:
With baby blue
Ch 75 (83, 91, 99, 107)
Row 1: 1 dc in the 3rd ch from the hook and in each ch across. Ch 2, turn.
Row 2: 1 hdc in the next st and in each st across (last st goes in top of turning ch). Ch 3, turn.
Row 3: 1 dc in the next st and in each st across. Ch 2, turn.
Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until you have a total of 41 rows
ASSEMBLY:
Place the front panels on top of the back panel and whip stitch along the top of each panel, securing it to the back panel.
Attach the sleeves on each side and whip stitch those around, then whip stitch down each sidE of the cardigan.
With variegated yarn, attach in any st along the panels. Ch 2
Round 1: 1 hdc evenly around. Join with a sl st to the first hdc. Ch 2.
Round 2: 1 hdc in each st around. Join and finish off.
