Make a Cozy Cobble Stitch Blanket: Simple Two-Row Crochet Pattern (UK & USA)

The Cobble Stitch produces a lovely raised texture with a two-row repeat that's perfect for blankets, throws and scarves. This pattern includes both UK and USA terminology so you can follow the instructions you prefer. The stitch alternates taller stitches with shorter stitches (double treble + double crochet in UK / treble + single crochet in USA) to create the distinctive cobble bumps. The sample shown was worked from a 24-chain foundation (see instructions below).

With its unique raised texture and soft yarn, it creates a lovely and inviting atmosphere in your home. Whether you're a seasoned crocheter or just starting out, this blanket pattern is a fun and rewarding way to showcase your skills and create something special. Curl up with a cup of tea and enjoy the satisfaction of crafting a beautiful and functional piece that will keep you warm and stylish for years to come. Happy crocheting!
