Hook: C (3.0 mm) OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE

Gauge:
5 dc — 2" (5 cm)

Lace Filet Pattern:
Row 1-2: 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 11 dc
Row 3-4: 8 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 3 dc
Repeat from row 1

Directions:

Crochet chain 533.
1 dc in the 5th ch, 6 dc, * Pattern *, repeat 15 times, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 10 dc, in the next ch 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 tc, in the next ch 1 tc, 1 ch, 1 dc, (this is for the angle), 10 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch, * pattern *, repeat 15 times, 9 dc.
Continue the pattern for 28 rows, crochetting the angle as 2 dc and 1 tc in the same chain twice, or 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 tc acc ording to the pattern.

Scarf Ends

Crochet chain 9 in the middle of the short end of the scarf
Row 1: 3 dc in the 1 st chain, 4 dc into chain 9, 3 dc and 3 dc in the 5th chain, 4 dc in the chain 9, 3 dc in the last chain.
Row 2: 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc in the 1st dc of the previous row, *1 ch, 1 dc*, repeat 3 times, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch 1 dc, 1 ch, 1dc btw the 2 groups of 3 dc in the prev row, *1 ch, 1 dc* repeat 3 times, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc in the last dc of the prev row.
